you can tan before summer starts so you don't look pale as a ghost (: i try to sit outside in the sun while doing homework.

how to avoid bad snacking:
1. DON'T BUY IT
if you don't have it, you won't eat it!
2. ask someone to hide it
you can ask someone to hide any junk food so that if you are hungry and you go to check in the snack cabinet you won't find anything there.
- challenge yourself
challenge yourself to being health.
1. challenge yourself not to eat anything except for WATER for two whole weeks.
2. challenge yourself to go vegan for a week.
make it fun!
- award yourself with the right things
don't award yourself with candy or unhealthy foods! let's say you have done a challenge to go a week with only eating veggies & fruit, don't award yourself with a huge mcdonald's meal after that! then what is the point of the challenge? it would be spoiled then. instead, let your reward be a hot and healthy body.
